HLX Cosmetics is committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high order volume, promotional events, holidays, inventory delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Rates
Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is submitted.
Shipping rates may vary based on the destination, selected shipping method, order size, and other applicable factors.
Any free-shipping promotions or discounted shipping offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
After an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, standard delivery will typically take approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Delivery dates provided during checkout or through tracking information are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of HLX Cosmetics may affect delivery times.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information for your package.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation has been issued. In some cases, tracking information may not become active immediately.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order. HLX Cosmetics cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment when possible.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Orders returned to HLX Cosmetics because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable when a delivery failure results from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivered Packages
Once a shipping carrier marks a package as delivered, customers should first check the delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, surrounding property, household members, and neighbors if the package cannot immediately be located.
If you are unable to locate a package that is marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier and HLX Cosmetics so that the delivery can be reviewed.
A package marked as delivered by the carrier is not automatically considered lost in transit. Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances of the shipment and, when applicable, the outcome of a carrier investigation.
Lost Packages
If tracking information does not show delivery and your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so that we can assist with reviewing the shipment.
HLX Cosmetics may initiate or request a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
When reporting shipping damage, please provide your order number along with photographs of the damaged product, shipping container, packaging materials, and shipping label when possible.
Please retain the product and its original packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the shipping carrier may require documentation or inspection.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your shipment contains an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact HLX Cosmetics promptly and provide your order number and details regarding the issue.
We will review the order and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Delays
HLX Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, government actions, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when a shipment experiences an unexpected delay.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order enters fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
International Shipping
Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout. If international shipping is available for your location, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International delivery times may vary substantially due to customs processing and local carrier operations.
